Owerri Obinwanne Association of Delaware Valley Inc. is a non-profit association organized and operated exclusively for the purpose of charity. The association, for the purpose of this audit will be referred to as OOA or organization.

Under section 501(C) 3 of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC), the association is conferred a tax exempt status
